Strawberry Recipes • Strawberry Pudding

Strawberry Vinaigrette 8 tbsp strawberry vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 oz fresh or frozen strawberries
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Dash Tabasco sauce
Dash pepper
3 cups olive oil
4 tbsp water
Place strawberry vinegar, salt, sugar, strawberries, mustard, Tabasco, and pepper in blender. Blend ingredients well. Add oil in slow steady stream. Add water and blend one last time.
