Raspberry Tips
Raspberries are sweet and juicy, and make excellent summer desserts. Their sweetness also makes them a natural complement to chocolate.

3 oz raspberry Jello T™
3 oz lemon Jello T™
2 cups boiling water
10 oz frozen raspberries
1 cup cranberry-orange relish
7 oz bottled lemon lime carbonated beverage

Dissolve Jello Ts in boiling water. Stir in raspberries and relish. Chill until cold but not set. Resting bottle on rim of bowl, pour in beverage. Stir gently with up and down motion. Pour into Jello T ring mold. Chill until firm. Remove from Jello T™ ring and garnish with parsley.
