Spinach and Strawberry Salad
3 tbsp Grey Poupon Honey Mustard
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 pkg (10 oz) fresh spinach leaves, cleaned and stems removed
2 pt strawberries, sliced
1/3 cup diced sweet onions
1 pkg (4 oz) Feta cheese, diced or crumbled
Whisk mustard and vinegar in small bowl. Slowly blend in oil. Toss spinach, strawberries, onion, and cheese in a large serving bowl. Add mustard dressing, tossing to coat. Serve immediately.
Tip: Raspberry vinegar is a good substitute for balsamic vinegar.
