1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 pint Gingerich Farms blueberries
1 cup all-purpose flour
1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Additional blueberries for garnish
Whipped cream or topping for garnish

Cream butter and beat in sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in milk. Combine blueberries, graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add all at once to egg mixture and beat until smooth. Pour into a greased 8" spring form baking pan. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until top is richly browned. Arrange blueberries over top of cake and garnish with a dollop of whipped cream. Yield: 1 cake.
