Hello Everyone,
Man, time has just flown past, here it is December with the holiday season well under way!
Here at Gingerich Farms, blueberries aren't our only crop that we produce here. We are also a large producer of Hazelnuts. I bet you didn't know this , but did you know that Oregon produces around 99% of all the hazelnuts that are grown in the United States?
Here is a twist on the classic peanut brittle that my grandfather used to make for the holiday season, This recipe is courtesy of our sister company Northwest Hazelnut. It is a really easy recipe and I am sure you and your friends will enjoy it. Happy Cooking!
