 Hello Everyone, Well that time is upon us again. The warm nights of summer is behind us and has been replaced by the long cool nights of fall. Here in Oregon it is like a switch has been turned on. One week we have sunny days with highs in the upper 60’s and the next we are in typical Oregon Fall weather.(45 degrees and rain) Now that Halloween is behind us, it is time to start thinking about the coming holidays. Thanksgiving is just around the corner so I have picked a recipe that should go great with all the turkey and trimmings. These delicious cornbread muffins have all the sweetness of corn with the sweet/tart taste of blueberries. I really believe that your family will enjoy these.
